It breaks my heart when I see other rabbits sitting so close to their owners, being completely comfortable with them, and loving them. My oldest rabbit will be about a year old in January, and my other will be 11 months. I had them for roughly 8 months They are VERY jumpy/active and I can NEVER imagine them doing any of these things. About what age will a male rabbit start to calm down and possibly do these things?

My Bam didn’t want to be touched for the whole first year I had him. But he came around. So be patient! Your buns are still “teenagers”.

It really depends on the individual and how patient their human is. As Bam said, it can take a long time for some to develop a trust.

Lilo was always very cuddly (and hyper, hyperly demanding cuddles, climbing onto my lap demanding hugs). He’s still like that and he’s 5.5. my rainbow bridge rabbit Chicho was very shy and didn’t like being touched. Took about 4.5 years for me to be able to sit next to him kiss his head without him running away. He never did let me pick him up. But at 5.5 I don’t imagine that he would eventually even if he lived. The short answer is, it depends. From what I know most rabbits are not cuddly, but they’re still very affectionate in their own way.
