So, I have been having a couple of clicker training sessions with my rabbit today, and I would use her pellets as rewards, since they were small and I could use a lot of them. Couple hours passed, I decided to practice with her again. This time, she does the trick well done, but after I put my hand out for the treat, she sniffs and runs away. Could there be something wrong with my hands, or is there an underlying problem?

Did you wash your hands in between? Sometimes the smells of certain soaps or hand creams can be very unpleasant to a bunny who has a very sensitive nose. That would be my first guess as to why.
