What are some good times to brush rabbits?

I tried brushing mine while she was eating pellets, but she would walk away when I tried to, and I don’t want her to start thinking that pellet bowl = combing.

I need to brush her, because she seems to be molting. When I try to kind of pluck(licking alternative) her hair on her head, hair is all over my fingers, and if it is all over my fingers, it will be all over her tongue if I don’t brush/comb her enough, and I heard it can cause digestion problems.

My bun handles brushing really well, I have been brushing her every day since I brought her home. She prefers to sit next to me rather then on my lap. I’m not sure if my suggestions help

I take my pair outside to brush them. I can’t brush them inside because the fur goes absolutely everywhere and hubby has allergy issues. I have a small table that I set one of them on and because they can’t leave that space and it’s a different space to normal, they just kind of sit there as I brush them. You do have to be confident with picking up your rabbit though and carrying them, as that can be just as stressful or quite dangerous if done incorrectly.
