Forum HOUSE RABBIT Q & A Missing fur – large pink spot on back (picture)

        My bunny Bean seems happy and healthy. However, she has a large spot on the top of her upper back where there isn’t a lot of fur, and it’s pink. She loves having this spot rubbed and massaged so I don’t think it’s hurting her. Any ideas what it is? Thank you!

          If she is a single bun, it looks like she may have shed a ton of fur in that spot. My Blue will lose patches of fur at a time during shedding which leaves silly bald patches all over him for a few days/a week. But, if her bald patch is dry or flaky, it could be a sign of a skin issue that she would need to see a vet for
