Recently my fiancé and I have noticed that his bunny, Clover, has a bulging eye. We noticed it about 3 weeks ago. It doesn’t seem to bother her, but it bulges so much you can see the whites of her eye. Should we be worried?

It may simply be that your bunny is anxious but if it only effecting one eye and persistent you need to take your bunny to the vet. This is how Lucy’s eye problem started. It then became cloudy and other eye started to show the same issues. That is when I sought a second opinion and changed vets.
It turned out to be a localised and extremely aggressive pasteurella which resulted in ulcers from the swelling causing Lucy to lose one of her eyes. We have since got it under control but she will always have some milkiness to her remaining eye.

a bulging eye can indicate that a retrobulbar abscess or tumour is developing, either of which need rapid vet attention. Rabbits are very good at hiding pain til it is too late, so I really recommend you get Clover seen by a vet asap.

Agree with both previous posters. Also probably worth your vet checking out the intra-ocular pressure for that eye.
I hope you are able to discern the cause soon!

Thyoma and brain tumors are definitely a concern with eye bulging. It could also be onset of glaucoma.
