Pepito went in for a neuter and came out with a spay. He is a she and the name is stickin

Well,He came home about 5 pm today, she ate alittle bit of banana and she takes pieces of lettuce from me, she drank some water as well, and i syringed feed her some mashed up pellets. However its been about 10 hours now and i see no poop Im getting kind of worried, she eats some lettuce and shes been drinking just no poop or pee yet, should i be worried at this point or wait a little longer??

Has she pooped at all now? If not, call the vets. They might be able to give an injection to get her gut moving (they did that with my little Peanut)

If it’s been that long with no poop, I think you should see an emergency vet tbh.

I woke up at 8 am this morning to give her pain meds and there was poop )) i syrnged fed her then. I woke up again and she had pooped a bunch and they were almost formed, so i was soooo excited, she seems to be doing well. Except she keeps licking her incision, i called the vets and they said they are dis solvable stitches, so i have to keep super close eye on her.
thanks for the vibes everyone <3

Make sure she doesnt lick the wound too much, it can cause an infection pretty easily. Very glad to hear she is eating and pooping well again!
