Hello all, this is just something I thought I’d post to try and stop you becoming a R.I.P headphone user if your bun loves nothing more than severing your wires mid tune!

        Things you’ll need:

. A thin flat cloth like Muslin (or even better- Kevlar )  the length of your chord and 3 inches wide

        . String

. an offensive odorous substance, I used pork fat drippings from a fry up (I tiny amount)

lay the cord out atop the cloth and roll, encasing the wire, twist the length of encased wire while tying off with string every 4 inches or so. Once completed, cut the excess string ends to prevent bun from yanking them. take the offensive substance in your hands and dab it over the cloth wrapped wire. At first, it will scare your bun unfortunately but this will quickly subside. Because it will continue to smell bad to them, they wont try to eat it even when they instigate.

This will allow you to spend time with bun while rocking out to your tunes.

Rock on Dudes and Dudesses! \m/

          Bluetooth headphones are also great!

But that is a very creative solution that I’m sure is much cheaper.

Hey this is actually super helpful! I’ve gone through five pairs of earbuds so far…

Chelsea- Thanks, yep I have a very good set of headphones so needed a way to protect them.

SeeShemilyPlay- I’m glad it is, similar story myself but hopefully no more.
