  I recently adopted a three year old Rex named Sparkles from the shelter and am looking into adopting a friend for her and thought I would join!

  Hopefully this works now! I tried to edit and reupload before but it didn’t work. I’m trying to post from my iPad, so I’m wondering if that’s why?

  Yes, being as stretched out as possible is her favorite way to lounge! She especially loves to do it across the hallway to block the cats haha

  Ahhhh she’s lovely. Could you adopt from the same rescue btu leave Sparkles with them to bond them successfully… just a thought (she says, at the beginning of a bonding marathon….)
  It would make life a WHOLE lot easier for you !

  I live kind of in the middle of no where, and they rarely have rabbits for adoption, so I wouldn’t have that option. I’ve never bonded rabbits, but I have pet rats a few times so I’ve been through the process before. I know it’ll be different, but I know how long it can take (one intro took me four months…), so I’m nervous but think I can do it.
  
  I’ve been in contact with a rabbit rescue a few hours away. They only have pairs right now, but I’m going to get in touch with them again to check. I’d love to be able to do some speed dating and let Sparks pick her friend if possible.
