  So I went out today and had a migraine attack, I wasn’t well and collapsed, a very well spoken gentleman in a suit took me into a shop and gave me a cup of tea and a biscuit, after I drank the tea and ate the biscuit the man started taking my pulse, I didn’t know where I was, I’m visually impaired as some of you know and had black spots on my eyes to do with the migraine, the gentleman said. “I think you’ll be OK, just get yourself off home and rest.and make an appointment to see your doctor” I thought he was a doctor, I said. “Thank you very much doctor and thank you for the cup of tea and biscuit, where am I?” He said. “You are in the undertakers my dear, I’m the Mortician for this area.”
  
  I wonder what people thought when they walked passed and saw me sat down and him taking my pulse?

  What a kind man, it’s good to hear. An odd situation that it’d be an undertakers you were in. I agree, take some rest and see the doc. Try not to worry, you have a condition that you cant control but hopefully that can change. Best wishes
