        Hey everyone!

Anyone with a bunny will know that x-pens, c&c grids, whatever you prefer calling them, are very popular and I can certainly see why. However, I live in the UK and they don’t seem to be as accessible over here? I’m in a few rabbit groups on Facebook and they’re mainly USA based and the people I’ve asked on there have said that they get their grids from thrift stores, garage sales, home stores and anywhere like that. I literally have never seen them for sale here!

I looked online thinking that they’re bound to be on Ebay or Amazon, which they were, but they were being sold as “wire storage grids” which apparently means they’re automatically worth £80 for like 4 grids!  There are other alternatives such as pet barriers but they’re also super expensive as they’re mainly puppy pens etc.

I really really love the idea of the grids as they’re so good when it comes to flexibility with how you want them and they’re easy to assemble. I saw a youtube video on how to make a hidey house out of them and I love the fact you can create levels for your rabbits too.

I’m just wondering, does anyone else live in the UK or else where and struggle to get hold of them? Is there any other alternative or do they perhaps go by another name? I feel like I’m missing out!  Thank youu.

I was looking before and there’s actually a site you can use to buy the grids which people have used before – I’ve also seen the grids at Homebase or b&q I think. The corex/coroplast (if you’re looking for that) can be found on amazon.

          http://candcguineapigcages.co.uk/ – here’s a site, though you’ll probably have to buy 2 or more for a bunny.

http://www.grendle.co.uk/web/index.php?route=product/category&path=78 – these sell the grids too.

http://www.guineapigcagesstore.com/ – here’s another, this one is having a Black Friday discount! – code is BF2016 to save 12%

Not sure how recent the info on this page is… http://www.therabbithouse.com/indoor/rabbit-cages-cubes.asp
The grids are one of those products that come and go in stores, unfortunately.
For x-pens, I would have thought they’d be easy enough to find in the dog products. Exercise pens or play pens.
