I know this topic gets brought up a LOT around here, but I thought a thread dedicated to it might be a good idea, so they are all in the same place! If there is already a thread like this and Ive somehow missed it whoops!  Feel free to point me in the right direction!

But if you want, post pictures of your buns favourite things here, homemade or bought!Or even just talk about what your bun likes-So that the rest of us can be ‘inspired’ (aka so the rest of us can shamelessly steal the idea!)
My ulterior motive is that my boy lacks front teeth, and 90% of rabbit toys/boredom breakers are designed to be chewed and nommed on.
Now he does love his cardboard boxes to hide in(he is an “if i fits, I sits” kindaa bunny), but there’s only so many I can provide before I end up becoming mad box lady!
He also loves his tunnels, but unfortunately Yumi loves to chew them (this is why we cant have nice things dammit!)
Cat hides are pretty popular with him, exhibit A below:

I cant use willow treats because it makes Yumi grumpy, and I find even if I give them treat balls, they bicker-“that ball definitely has nicer stuff in it than my ball has!”
Although I’d highly recommend them for anyone with a single bun (or buns that are happy to share), they are fantastic for keeping them occupied, putting their pellets in them will keep them busy for a good while!

^For your boy, would something like plastic baby keys be a good toy? Or stacking cups? My buns like to pick them up and throw them around, and even without front teeth he may still be able to grip and toss since they’re pretty lightweight. I love that shark hidey

My bun’s favourite toys would have to be their tunnel, and their seagrass mat. Followed by their bendy bridge/fiddlesticks tunnel. Mainly their just big on rearranging anything I put in their cage, it can be quite frustrating.

My buns love my kids helicopter matchbox toys. They grab the propellers by the teeth and fling them. I think the fact they roll makes it more fun. In general, Silas likes to watch when my kids play with toys, and then if they walk away and leave them, he takes a turn. He’s particularly fond of rolling things, small wooden blocks, castles he can crawl in, and tunnels. He is completely uninterested in “bunny” toys and chewing. Jasper loves to chew, and his favorite game is reverse fetch – you give him a stick, he throws it, you fetch it, rinse and repeat.

Sampras has only recently started trying to use his mouth again to play with things, but maybe getting him baby keys would be fun for him(I guarantee Yumi will break them)
Yumi really enjoys fleece mountains. So just a load of fleece blankets piled up that she can burrow, jump in, dig at and generally wreck havoc with. Unfortunately she also likes to pee in it…so all the fleece has to be washed….

As far as I can tell tunnels are the general consensus around these parts.

A small beach ball and some baby keys. Chewie luuurvs playing with these every day.
And his diggy box hidey fort, of course.

Licorice is a picky bun – he’s veeery selective about what he’ll play with. Right now, he’s into seagrass mats, but that will change soon. He also like willow balls and barbells. I do make cardboard toys for him as well with food inside. He loves cardboard and he loves food, so why not?

As for Winter, she likes her own little tug-of-war… aka grabbing something she shouldn’t and not letting go. She loves tunnels, seagrass mats, cardboard, ABC chew cubes, and those wood rollers. The wood rollers are meant to be chewing but she prefers rolling and chewing them.

By far I would say Barnaby loves the IKEA doll bed best. He used to sleep on it almost every night. He also likes this little plush hedgehog and he rolls it around with him (adorable). Penelope’s favorite toy is probably Barnaby, but she also really likes those circular carpet houses. And tearing my carpet if she can. When she gets bored, she also likes to push my xpen around the floor. She is pretty strong for 3.5 lbs.

Oh goodness mine also LOVE stacking cups/cups in general, especially throwing them. And knocking down water bottles. I will keep setting them back up and they will run over and knock them with their noses!

Usually at pet stores. Think I got mine at Petco, they’re slightly different everywhere.

to this day Newt’s favourite toy is a dustpan i left in his room one day, he doesn’t chew it just flips it around and runs in circles around it. he’s shown little interest in every other toy i’ve gotten him.

Gus doesn’t seem to show any interest in the toys I get him – he does like his big plastic tunnel though, both to run through and to roll around with his teeth. Basically anything he can shove around is a preferred toy for him! I keep a few flat cardboard boxes under my bed specifically for him to chew on and he likes to shove them around/out from under the bed.

Luna doesn’t show much interest in bunny toys but loves playing with the strangest of things. For instance, we went back to my parents’ house for the holidays and in my room were two L.L. Bean rolling backpacks on the floor and she loved hiding between them and popping her head up over the top, almost as if she was playing peek-a-boo. She even ran circles through them a couple times and would lay on top of one if it fell over. She really loved those backpacks lol.

Charlie will barely play with any of the toys I buy him – he’s hard to please

His favorite toy is probably this basket that I actually got off of BinkyBunny. I’m surprised at how much he loves it because it was just a cheap kind of dinky little basket I never thought he would use. He throws it around the room, carries it and loves if I hide treats in it for him to find at night!

Other than the basket he likes the little carrots with the grass tops they sell at PetSmart with a rattle in it.

Ogg loves whatever is meant to be forbidden. So the cat’s litter tray is pretty popular if we accidentally leave the door open. Anything under my bed.

Oh, and the dog’s ears and tail when she is asleep!

My bunnies love their crinkle tunnel I got them for Christmas! And the Lego house I made them (and will have to rebuild since I’m moving). There hasn’t been a toy yet that they haven’t liked. They have a “cousin” (my sister’s rabbit) who they visit on occasion and they get an opportunity to try out some of his toys while they visit, they love his Cottontail Cottage.

Zeke likes to chew on…grass mats and willow. Willow rings especially, or those willow ball things you get from Wal-mart. Other than that, he doesn’t chew much, unless it’s a purse…
