        hello……..frm india

hi i m faria frm india and have decided on getting a bunny yeah…..!

i took a quiz which matches ur personality with a breed of rabbit so surprisingly i got lop eared bunnies awe they r so cute

i was lucky enough to find a lop eared rabbit breeder nearby and so i spoke to him he said i would give u d bunny but would like to tell you that u have to be very careful with this breed in particular.

big prob is in india min temp is about 18-20 degree c and about 30 degree c in summer so i wud lyk 2 know frm som loppy bunny owners who live in countries wid high temps what special care do u all provide and just for info it rains from jul-sept…

thank u for givimg ur precious tym to my post

Welcome to Binkybunny! A new bunny-how exciting! What is your bunny’s name?
You can help a bunny stay cool in the summer by providing frozen water bottles, ceramic tiles, and wet veggies. You might also want to invest in a good fan for the bunny room-just make sure cords are out of the way.

It’s not barbaric to take in orphaned babies. They wouldn’t stand a chance otherwise, if they have no mother. If they are 4 weeks old, they can do without milk. You can give them a little bit of rolled oats. Do you have access to rabbit pellets and hay? (I’m only asking because I know these things can be difficult to get in parts of India.)

We have had people here who have taken in buns as young as yours, often because the mama has died. Some people sell them at that age, and if you don’t know so much about bunnies, you only find out afterwards that the bunny ought to have stayed with their mum for several weeks longer.

Having two bunnies can mean trouble when they are around 3 months old and become sexually mature.
