Hi, it all started with a severe diarrhea. He didn’t eat for few hours and was back to eating almost normally once runny poop stopped. He was normal for 4 days then again he got little runny stool and he refused to eat anything. Now he is getting proper fecal, the poop bunny eats but no round poop. He is refusing anything to chew except cilantro or a bite of something. He is having little juice of veggies and fecal. What is scaring me is his weird behavior while trying to chew veggies or fecal. Twice he has acted weird. He is twisting neck a bit while chewing and what scared me the most was when after chewing he is lifting his paws towards his mouth and looks as if in trouble. Is something getting stuck in this mouth, teeth or throat. I’m trying to find a good vet here in India.

It is very difficult to say what is wrong. If you can find a vet you should take him. He could get subcutaneous fluids and a painkiller, perhaps antibiotics.
How old is he? Cilantro is good – whatever he wants to eat now is good. There could be something stuck between his teeth but that wouldn’t really explain the diarrhea.

The round poop is called fecals, the other type of poop, the type he schould eat is called cecotropes or cecals. Is he eating his cecotropes?

It can also be dental problems, my bun did like that when he began having dental issues.. do find that vet or at least a vet that can take an X-ray!
