I was wondering if this is normal bunny behavior.
My two bonded female pair sometimes do this lil head flicks or kind of shakes their heads a lil fast twice then goes back to just chilling or doing whatever they were doing. It’s like when a dog sneezes and it does a lil head shake haha but my bunnies don’t sneeze when they do theirs.
They aren’t a very active bunch for bunnies. They prefer to lounge around 90% of the time and make a lot of noise at 6 am for a lil bit when nobody is around (I can hear them from my room when I’m having trouble sleeping).
They do the lil head flicks when they see me sometimes and get curious when I’m walking around their play area.
I rarely see them binky and stuff (I probably miss it because I’m usually busy) which is disappointing but I’m sure they are relaxed and happy because sometimes I hear them zooming around and digging.
Is this some kind of mini lazy binky?

Head-binkies is the scientific term for this. Adorable!

My bun also does a body shake (much like how a wet dog shakes its fur) and a ton of head shakes too!

My bunny does this too! Especially when she’s lounging and relaxing. I was worried about it, but my adoption counselor said she is probably just very relaxed. I’ve never heard of a head binky – that’s so cute! Glad it’s normal haha
