        Hi,
This is Umo he is 5 years old dutch bunny. He is the most playful and loving bunny. Today he was scheduled for a surgery, he had stones in his urinary tract. When they cut him they actually found urine in his stomach caused by a hole in his urethra and all of the urine was going into his stomach. They fixed the spot, removed the stones as well and they’ll put a catheter for a week. My concern is how is he going to react to the catheter. Has anyone had the same problem? Please give me some comments. Thank You!

I’m very sorry for your loss. Given the nature of the issue it’s possible there was an underlying infection or sepsis which his body was struggling with which meant the anesthetic was too much for him to handle. Binky free dear Umo.
