        Hello!
I’m trying to bond my two rabbits, Flynn is a 3 year old spayed female and I got Bertie, a 10month old unneutered male.
I have kept Bertie in his cage and Flynn has pooped all around his cage! When I bring him out of the cage they ignore each other at first, sniff each other and then he mounts her, biting her back and she nips him. I know this is a dominance issue that needs to be sorted out, but my question is: do I let them nip each other? I’ve been pulling him off of her previously because of the nipping.

No do not let them nip each other, they could hurt each other and would have to be taken to the vets. I reccomend putting them in a space smaller in size ( eg. Bathtub filled with blankets/towels or an Xpen that you can sit in. And introduce them slowly. Let them sniff each other. If they mount immediately pull them away from each other, that’s all my advice.
