Hi, I got a long hair mini lop, I had her since she was around 8 weeks old. She’s now 5 months old. She hates to be groomed and gets matted easily. She hates to be picked up, she will only allow to be petted if there’s a treat involved. And she likes to pee everywhere. She was doing really good when I had her in a smaller cage but I relocated her into a much larger enclosure and its a week now since she’s been in that, and she pees everywhere!! She has 2 litter pans that she does use but she pees on the flooring of her enclosure a lot and then she walks in it and gets pee all over herself.. shes getting spayed this Monday coming, I’m wondering if that will change any of her behaviours.. Please help I don’t have any experience with rabbits, mitsy is my first bunny.

I’ve read that unspayed females might not catch onto using the litterbox until they are spayed. So it most likely will clear up after her spay.

Thanks, I sure hope so.. Everybody is telling me that things will change after she’s spayed..
I came home today and noticed blood in her pee.. And then with closer inspection I noticed she somehow tore her nail and made it bleed.. Is this serious? It’s stopped bleeding and it does look sore I’m surprised she let me touch it
