Thumper aggressively attacked Flower, and Flower kind of just took it. I’m a little scared that

A.) Flower hates Thumper now, even though they have known each other their entire lives.

and B which may be a stupid question.) Can Flower get pregnant? I’ve heard that males can still be fertile a couple weeks after the procedure, but I’m not sure how it works for females. Again stupid question but something I feel like asking.

How did he attack her? Different aggressions will help explain why he may have attacked her/what caused him to attack her. Also, is he neutered? If not, this is a huge factor. Unfixed males have a higher chance of being aggressive than fixed males; this will get better after he is neutered

No, she cant get pregnant. They take the uterus out of the females, so theres no chance there of her getting pregnant

If Thumper is not neutered, you need to stop the bonding sessions and not resume them until after his surgery. You will need to wait at least 2 weeks after his surgery to start the bonding. A wait time of 4 weeks is probably better, since some rabbits go into a post neuter craze for a few weeks following surgery.
