I change my Bunny’s water source everyday (I alternate between clean water bottle and clean bowl). I line my Bunny’s space with fresh newspaper often, like every two days. I clean up her litter box everyday. But I want to actually disinfect some of her space (like the bottom of the kennel which is plastic) at least every week.

I want to use something that is safe and won’t poison or hurt my bun

        What do you guys use?

I use a mixture of water and vinegar to disenfect his things (or just vinegar if something’s really dirty). Works fine and it won’t hurt the rabbit if it manages to lick some vinegar

Vinegar and water is fine + it removes chalky pee-stains. If you need more serious cleaning you can use Virkon or F10 disinfectants. They can be bought online.

When I had to really sanitize his stuff when he had stitches on his belly, I also used Napisan spray (the odourless kind). I’m not sure if it is sold outside of europe, but it is a medical kind of disinfectant. I tried also Amuchina, but I stopped using it because it contains de-greasing agents and I was so paranoid about it that I ended up washing everything over and over again with water.

Ditto, the water and vinegar. You can also use baking soda along with the water/vinegar if something needs a really good scrubbing. It’s bunny safe and a cruelty free alternative to some of those nasty chemicals you can buy.

I agree with the others, vinegar, water and baking soda is the way to go!
