A few days ago I got the WARE grooming Kit and it came with this “tasty wood treat”, a dark redish color and for a few days ti was fine, until I woke up today and saw pink all over the place, like the water, blanket, and the bottom on my bunny’s feet!

Obviously take it from her. The red dye could be harmless, beetroot and sometimes red mulberries are often used as colorants these days, but I’d not risk it.
As for the paws, try to clean them with baby wipes or a moist cloth. My Yohio once got pink paws from a rag rug that was in my mother’s bathroom. I tried to wipe it off, didn’t succeed very well, but it wore off in a couple of days.

Keep an eye on her appetite and poop, try to encourage her to eat hay (hand-feeding sometimes work). If she stops eating (like she won’t even take a treat), and/or stops pooping, contact a vet. Not that I think this will happen, but these are the standard measures to take when a bun could have eaten sth it shouldn’t have.

Chew toy dyes should always be non-toxic. That fact that it got everywhere means it ended up in the water bowl, the dyes are water soluble which is the reason for it getting on everything. She should be fine
