(this is about a friends rabbit) She left for work in the  morning and came home to see these spots on a sheet, the two beyond the bars are OUTSIDE his pen. He was also recently fixed (within 2 weeks), is it pee dribbles? UTI? Cecotrope juice? Spotting? He was moved to a different house with a cat in it. I had her spray it with vinegar and 1 of them came right out while the others just lightened up, have any ideas? (First pic before spraying, second is after spraying) Thanks!

Depending on what the bunny’s been eating, bun pee can dry quite dark.
Seeing that his neuter is quite recent, it is possible that he sprayed a little, either accidentally or on purpose.
Either way, it looks like pee spots.

Does anyone else have a different theory?

It could be that the bunny is spraying a little, but your friend needs to be vigilant and make sure that he doesn’t have a UTI or some kind of complications from the neuter surgery. She needs to see if he is straining when he pees or if he is peeing more frequently. Those would be indications of a UTI or some kind of problem.
