        Here we can post out goals, our progress, tips and ideas, recipes etc. I’ll start us off.

        Height 5′ 3” ish. I haven’t measured myself in a while.

        Starting weight 155, current weight 139-140.

        Will have been a vegetarian for three months in a couple days. Yay!

        Goals:

        *Stay a vegetarian (pretty easy, already got the hang of avoiding meat at other people’s house and I don’t miss meat or meat products at all!)

        *Get down to 125-130 pounds.

        *Build more upper body strength and endurance (would love to be able to run all 4 dogs on the same day!).

        *Get abs so I look good in my clogging costume this spring

        That about sums it up! Let’s get excited about this guys!

          Is it normal for somebody’s weight to fluctuate a couple pounds throughout the day? Or could there be something wrong with the scale? IDK

            Quite possibly, it’s why you should always weigh yourself at the same time of day. When you eat a big meal, you’re essentially gaining all that weight until your body can process it.

            Managed to lose another kg. I think I started around 75.5kg (166.5 pounds) and now I’m down to 68.6 (151 pounds), which is pretty awesome if you ask me. Like Moxie, now I just need to work on my abs I’m pretty much at my ideal weight I think, it wouldn’t hurt me to lose another 1-2kg, but I don’t think I particularly need it. I am just over 5 foot 10 inches, 178cm. According to my dodgy google search, I’m in my ideal weight range Hooray.
