  I had my rabbit fixed about 3 years ago, but noticed today that on the one side one of his testicles has started filling out. I was wondering if this is common, or an indication of something serious? I tried Googling but couldn’t find anything on the subject /: He doesn’t seem to be in any pain and hasn’t been acting out of the ordinary.

  Possibly? I was feeling it today after I trimmed his nails and found that it’s soft and a bit squishy (felt nothing hard), and a little warm (but not red). Touching it didn’t seem to bring him any pain.
  
  I’ll call the vet’s tomorrow, I’m just hoping it’s not anything terrible.

  I also suspect a hernia. Can you have a rabbit-savvy vet check it out?
