So I was dumb. I decided to put a bunch of ice in a ziploc and then put it in a sock for my bunny to have over the night because it’s really hot here right now. He managed to poke a whole through the ziploc so all the melted ice spilled in his cage. When I woke up he was just sitting in the puddle. I was in a rush this morning so I cleaned up the spill and tries my best to dry him by wiping him. Can anyone tell me if this is bad that he was in a puddle of water? I’m panicking

How is your bunny acting now? Is it moving around and eating as normal?
If the fur is still damp, you will need to make sure it is thoroughly dried. You can do this with a hair dryer on the low setting. Some have a “cool” switch which turns the element off all together. Just be certain to take your time, give him rests and make sure your hand is in the flow of air so you can keep an eye on the temperature. Their skin is very sensitive, so take care.
          I hope he’s doing well.

He was actually a lot more active than usual. Usually when I pet him he stays still and lays down but when I pet him this morning, he kept trying to follow my hand and was not staying still. Is this a bad sign? I had to leave so I’m not completey sure if he was completely dry. Does it dry on its own?

How is he doing now? In general, more active than usual is not a bad sign, less active than normal is what you see when a bun isn’t feeling well.
His fur will dry on it’s own since it’s summer.
It’s not dangerous per se for a bunny to get wet, it’s more the shock of being given a bath that can be really bad for them. But that is not the case with your bun.
