I know when you’re litter training a bunny they usually pick their own corner and you just put the litter tray where they pick but mine has decided her corner is going to be right where my door opens. And the way my room is set up there’s absolutely no way I could put a litter tray there. I put one near the area but she still doesn’t like it very much. I’ve been picking up her poop and putting it in the litter box like your supposed to and then spraying the area with vinegar so it deters her and removes the smell. But I’ve been doing this for a while and she doesn’t seem to be changing at all. Is there any other way to move their naturally chosen litter spot?

Bunnies can be so stubborn. LOL They’re very determined and have very specific ideas about their decor.
You could try putting two litter boxes – one in her spot and one in yours, and seeing if she’ll at least use your box once in a while, and then wean her off of her box?

If its right where the door opens, is it possible to put up a gate and leave the door open? That way you can get the litter box there partly in front of the door way so you wont have accidents there anyway

You could try moving it just a little bit each day – provided she cannot shove it back! I seem to recall that working for a member one time.

So it the current location just behind the door? Directly in front??  If behind, perhaps she likes that it is tucked away?  You might need to try recreate elsewhere what is appealing about the spot she’s chosen.

Thanks, I might try putting it where she likes and just slowly moving it, that seems like a good idea. I can’t do the gate thing because I do have other pets and need to open and close my door a lot. she’s actually been getting a little better about using the litter box I already have out so maybe itll just take time with a stubborn bunny lol
