Recently I just came back from college and have been home for about a week (my mom and I have this joint custody kind of thing going on for my 4 year old Netherland dwarf while I’m away at school). He’s an overall really happy and healthy bunny but since coming back from college I’ve noticed a significant difference in how he treats me/acts around me. The behavior he’s presenting is not bad or for any real concern, but I’m not sure what to make of it and how to respond. I’m also familiar with many of the things bunnies do (Chinning, thumping, teeth grinding, binkies). Since being home Bentley (bunny) will do this thing where he literally flops right on top of me, he will just lay across my stomach or chest like I’m any blanket or pillow. He also is constantly licking me anywhere and everywhere and has started doing this thing where he will actually chin my face. Is this kind of just like a warm welcome home? I’m not really sure what to think of it?

Yes, that does sound very adorable. Sounds like he wants to be as close as he can to you.
