So I recently got a new bun called Ophelia. She’s so precious but very withdrawn. I’ve had her for around 4 or 5 days but all she does it sit in her litter tray or maybe move a little then return. She’s been for a general check up and has been eating and pooping fine but I’m still a little worried. I have no idea how much she was handled in her old home. The lady whom I bought her from was breeding from her so I don’t know if she was handled much. (I’ve nothing against breeders but she said she did not have much time as she had 12, not including kits). Maybe she is just a quiet bun? Sorry for the long post :p x

She is most likely just feeling nervous in her new home. Some bunnies take quite a long time to feel comfortable in their new surroundings.

Is she free-roam or in a cage?

Probably just a little nervous, if she is eating and popping okay then that’s a good start. Like LPT said it might take a while for her to come out of her shell. she should show you her personality when she is ready and feels comfortable
