I got a professional wood maker to build me a two story Hutch for my bunny.
        I left the wood untreated.
Problem being—-my rabbit has tended to do his spraying and such on the edge of the tray and
Now it has soaked into the wood. And leaked down onto my wood flooring.
We had original placed a plastic cover over all floors. Yet he being bunny, and me being beginner he chewed threw most of it.
Oh my lord my poor bunny, not good.Hutch definitely not good in corners….
I thought of pet safe coating of some kind to put on floor.
Actually I don’t know what to do noe.
Please help me help my bunny and his home.
        It’s truly urgent.well so VIP
Thank you for your help and respoce.
        Sincerely ,
        fear for my baby….

I don’t know of any pet safe coating for wood. You definitely don’t want your rabbit to be chewing on plastic. You can place fleece blankets on the floor, but you don’t want him chewing a lot of those either, and you will have to keep laundering them when he pees on them. Is he neutered? That would stop spraying and improve his litter box habits. Or maybe your litter box isn’t large enough for him. Make sure that it is big enough and has high enough sides.
