  Hey! So Benny is 2 years old and I got him from the humane society a few months ago, but they weren’t sure what breed he was. All we know is that he is a dwarf!

  I can’t see his fur very well in the picture, but his shape looks a little Rex-ish.

  Ya sorry it’s a bad picture! But his fur is very smooth and fine but his ears seem smaller then a Rex

  It’s hard to tell since it’s not a closeup, but the fur looks like it might be a little too long for Rex fur. Another trait of a Rex is short, curly, wispy whiskers. Are his whiskers like that, or are they the regular long whiskers?

  He has long whiskers! He also has fine fur and his ears are not short enough to be a hotot but not long enough to be a Rex I don’t think!

  It seems he is not a Rex, so I guess that he is a dwarf mix. You probably won’t be able to get much more specific than that, regarding his breed.

  Yes, probably dwarf mix then. His markings have nothing to do with breed. You will see a wide range of “broken” patterns in many breeds.
