I have left my bunny for a minute in the room and left some skittles on the bed , when I was back he was already chewing on then . I am really worried and not sure what can happened , never experience something like this. I have read on other pages that he can die from it as he is unable to digest it,, but I don’t think he managed to eat more then two. Do I consider vet appointment , they are fairly expensive , and I rather ask someone first , hopefully experienced , is he going  to be okay?

          How many did he eat?

I did a search and came up with this post from Dana Krempels (a well respected rabbit expert) about a bunny eating taffy (which is pretty much what is in skittles) and she was concerned only about the sugar content causing GI upset. So I suggest offer lots of hay and keep a close eye on appetite and poops.

As Little said, i would offer lots of hay and monitor the bunnys poop. If you start noticing him not poop, or noticing that his poop is smaller/different than normal, i would call the vet and ask them for advice. They might be able to help you help him pass it, or they might think its worth a vet visit just in case. Good luck!

I dont think he would of have eaten more than two as its hard to chew on, so far he had drank fair bit of water and hes keep munching on his hay! Thank you guys, my bunny cant be trusted on his own!

I wouldn’t worry much. We’ve heard of bunnies eating much worse things.
