Hello bunny friends. I have 2 amazing holland lops and 1 is a chocolate stud of bunny but I don’t know officially what my little lady would be.

I would guess maybe broken fawn but honestly I don’t know.

I’m no expert, but broken fawn would be my guess too.

Probably broken fawn. But I agree, cute should be a color.

The pictures don’t seem to have shown up, but don’t feel bad – picture posting on this board can be pretty wonky sometimes. One of the admins/forum leaders should be able to help you out!

This thread is over a year old. We ask members to not resurrect old threads because it causes confusion. Since this is simply a color question, I’ll leave it be for now. Normally I would lock the thread.

I fixed your pictures. You had successfully uploaded them, you just didn’t insert them into the post. You can see them now.

Just looking at the pictures, I have to wonder if your holland lop has the fuzzy gene. His fur certainly looks like an immature fuzzy coat. The eyes look grey. This suggests the presence of the dilute gene. So I’m going to go with blue for the color. At least for now. His adult coat could show something different, like smoke pearl.

Thank you so much for getting back to me!! I was actually thinking he seemed quite fuzzy lol. Ok so blue or smoke pearl maybe later. I will post again in a couple of months if his colour changes. Thank you! Xx

Yes, sometimes it’s hard to tell 100% when they are babies. Sometimes coats lighten or darken as their adult coats come in. Time will tell if he keeps his uniform blue color.
