When it comes to litter box training – what is the best method for best success? Keep the buns in their x pen area until they are fully trained or allow them play time outside of their x pen? And will this make a difference if the buns are only 2.5 months old? Many thanks for your suggestions to a first time bunny owner. They currently have many toys in their pen to keep them active but I feel guilty not letting them fully bounce and binky about.

Your bunnies (plural?) are young and most at that age are inevitably messy. , Though it’s still good to do training techniques as shown on our site<a href="Your bunnies are young and most at that age are inevitably messy. , Though it’s still good to do training techiniques as shown on our site https://binkybunny.com/BUNNYINFO/tabid/53/CategoryID/5/PID/940/Default.aspx”> https://binkybunny.com/BUNNYINFO/tabid/53/CategoryID/5/PID/940/Default.aspx, because those habits may take affect later. When you say keep them in their xpen — that will really depend on the size of the xpen space. What is their floor footage right now? The good thing about xpens, is you can expand the space a bit to allow for a bit more exercise during playtime without giving them full access to the rest of your place.
