  So I got up went to get ready and saw my little Olly on his side, once again I thought. ‘Oh no my poor little man has gone.’
  
  In tears I called my friend, the call went like this…
  
  My friend: Hello?
  
  Me: Hello hun.
  
  My friend: Oh what’s up sweetheart?
  
  Me: Olly has passed away.
  
  My friend: Oh no, you have been through so much lately, wait till you get sorted out and you can adopt another, oh I’m so so so sorry.
  
  I could hear in his voice he was trying not to cry.
  
  My friend: Just get him up to the the vets they can sort him out, anyway have you had your medicine? Has the carer been yet?
  
  Me: I have had my medicines but the carer hasn’t been round yet, erm darling Olly is sat up having a wash.
  
  My friend: What?
  
  Me: Olly is having a wash, he’s going to his bowl now.
  
  My friend: Oh he’s thrown a bunny flop again, hahahahahaha

  Yes, always poke your bunny first before jumping to conclusions! Many of us have had heart attacks for this exact reason. They don’t call it the dead bunny flop for nothing So glad Olly is well.

  Been meaning to message you pinky as I feel like I have gotten to know you and olly pretty good. Let me know if you ever need anything I’m always here to help!

  I understand this feeling so much! Whenever I see any of my cats (I have three, two of which are over 10) curled up I *always* have to poke them to make sure they’re alive.
  
  Sorry you had to go through this, but I’m so happy that Ollie is still okay!
