My buns name is Tinkerbell. She is a lionhead (possibly mix, or single mane) and she is grayish white in color. She was a rescue. My friend works at an apartment complex and happened to see this bunny outside hiding from a cat. She had a harness on so she was definitely someones pet before and probably neglected =[. So she asked me if I wanted a rabbit, not knowing I have wanted one for a very long time, and I said YES!! She’s been living with my husband and I since January 2nd, 2016. I am not sure how old she is, but the vet estimated about 1 or 2. I just had her spayed. Currently it’s been a day since the spay, so she isn’t quite herself. Normally she’s jumping all over the couches and making herself comfy and doing binkys all over her room. She is also a bit silly and affectionate and is absolutely in love with getting treats! I’m a first time bunny owner and currently unemployed, so it works out perfectly for taking care of her all day. I love her so much and I am always looking to learn more and more about rabbits so I can better her life.

EDIT: I tried to add pictures of her, but they haven’t shown. Is there a special way to do that? I went to the attachments downbar and selected them and hit upload..

          Welcome to you and Tink.

I’ve got a similar bun with a similar background.

This is a great place to learn, so poke around as often as you can and ask questions if you need to.

As for the pictures, once they’ve uploaded, click on the tiny picture icon beside the file name that says “insert” and it should show up (as long as the picture is less than 500kb).

Awe! We have bun bun twins. =] Is yours the one in your signature picture? So cute!!

My poor little Tink hates me right now cause I’ve been giving her medicine the last two days. I’ll have to regain her trust soon. haha.

Thanks for the pic advice. I guess they might be too big even though they are smaller than 500kb, but there is nothing for me to click under insert.. Only the delete button is visible. lol. Could be my browser. I’ll try on Mozilla later.

Yep. That’s Tink’s twin, Chewie – aka, Captain Nomnom. lol

It took me a while to figure out pic insertion – other members are really good at it so hopefully they’ll pipe in.

Give Tink a craisin chaser after her medicine – or any other small treat she loves. With bunnies, treats pave the way to forgiveness.

Welcome to you and Tinkerbell I adopted a Lionhead from my local shelter, and she’s spunky! It took me a long time to figure out pics. Keep searching for the pic tutorial (I think there’s a small one in the March Chat section… I think).

Here it is, I found it: https://binkybunny.com/FORUM/tabid/54/aft/144934/Default.aspx

Here’s what I do: I created a Photobucket account specifically for this. I upload to Photobucket, right click to share the pic, copy the html link, go back to Binky Bunny (on my PC), paste the link in the html section (not the other one), and when you click the normal format, the picture should appear. If your pic is huge, you resize by right clicking on “properties” and entering 400 & 600 in the respective width/ height fields of the next window.

                  Hi! Welcome! Tinkerbell sounds lovely.

For pictures, you can go to Photobucket.com and click on the top at “editor.” You don’t even need to make an account to do this. Then drag and drop your photo, resize it, and go back to binkybunny.com and follow the steps that Love4bunny provided.
