Hi Binkybunners! So I've got a list of things that we are going to request for our next upgrade. Please let us know what you are having trouble with (if you've already posted, be rest assured, we have noted them and added to the fix list) and also include what you would like to see.
I know one of the biggest issues is uploading images - it's a bit buggy, and confusing for many.
I know I have many grand plans to make it easier, along with your constructive critism, I'm sure together we can make it an easy fun place to be.
So bring it on people.

not so much format but still can only use 'quick reply', anything else still gets the 'critical error' message i told you about. Did you find out why? i can only 'thread surf' at the mo! |

yes, some others have actually emailed me about this too!! It's very frustrating as it is a buried bug in the system. We are still working on it.
SO SORRY!! Try and hang in there while admin figures it out. Arggg! |

it's alright binkybunny, cos the issues other people want to discuss are the ones i'm dealing with at the mo anyway- hopefully by the time my 3 start developing odd and previously undiscussed worrisomes the problem will be fixed! (and i know i shouldnt think like that but it's just going too well at the moment, i cant help but to think something is going to upset the applecart!) |

It would be cool to have the ability to delete your own post, incase it gets posted twice accidently.

Now that is an easy fix! Finally something that can be done in one click. Now everyone has the ability to delete their own posts. But if you end up posting, and there are replies, it's best just to EDIT, and say the reason why so that the reply posts will still make sense.
If the ability to delete ends up making threads not make sense, if it already has replies, then we'll have to eliminate that feature.

so internet explorer with Mac are not compatible still? I know IE is compatible because I use it, so I am wondering if it is a mac version. IF you are talking about IE in general, what version do you have.
Iam so glad that you can at least now to reply post. We will be doing another update soon, so hopefully that will help fix some of our other annoying glitches.
THANKS SO MUCH FOR KEEPING ME UPDATED!!! Greatly appreciate that. |

The site won't let me upload any of my one thousand pics of sophie because their size are about 1.26 MB. That makes me sad. Do you of a way I can alter the size once uploaded from my digital to the computer so I can post? |

dmh you can go to photobucket.com and upload them there and resize them! OR if you have any sort of photo program on your computer you should be able to resize them from there... OR most computers come with Paint so find your photo in My Pictures or wherever you save them to and right click on the one you want to alter, scroll down to "open with" and click "Paint".. when Paint opens up your photo should be on there, and huge! On the tool bar for paint go to "Image" and scroll down to "Strech/Skew". Under the strech part it should say Horizontal and Vertical, both with 100% next to it.... change the numbers to somthing smaller like 70 or 50 or somthing (keep both numbers the same!).. then when you click OK your image should resize.. then go to "File" scroll down to "Save As" and save it (but use a slightly different filename than the one that pops up, put B after it or somthing so that you don't overwrite the original picture!! Then find wherever you save it to and hover over it to see how much smaller of a file your picture has become.. if it hasn't lowered the filesize enough for posting, open it up again and make it smaller! Hope this helps! I explained in detail the Paint program since most computers come custom with it on there. If you have any more questions, post here and I will try to help! |

Did your digital camera come with software? Many times they offer ways to do this. Do you have photoshop?
Or when you upload them to your computer and you view them, what program opens up? Once I know that I may be able to guide you through. |

I was going to suggest Paint as well, but LillyBear has done a great job of explaining the steps.. that's exactly how I do it. |

The camera didn't come with any software since I bought it off ebay (my other obsession)> when it opens on my computer, it just opens under "my pictures" is there some way I can make the images smaller so I can post them? |

dmh have you tried the steps above that Ive listed for using the Paint program? If you are using Windows, the paint program can be found here: Click on "Start" menu, then to "all programs", scroll to "accessories" and click on "paint" |

I've been getting some wierd errors that last few days.
When replying using "add reply", I will sometimes get a "warning - forums currently unavailable" message. But when I click my back button and try again, everything is fine. Sometimes I find that my post actually DID go through and then I have to delete one of them.
I am using Windows XP Pro and Firefox 2.0

I still can't see the webcams, from home or at work. I have an update suggestion: Whenever I get emails from Binkybunny, I get to read the post through the body of the email. But when I click on the link to the conversation, I wish there was a buitton by the post where you can sign in and have it bring you back to that same post. All I see is "Register" |

Regarding the webcam: Are you using IE, and also do you have media player installed? If not, then that might be the problem. We are still working on making it more universal, but right now it's still in beta form.
RE: the post not redirecting you directly to the post.
Are you saying you can't even go from your email to the forum without it requiring you to log on first? For me I get redirected to the post, but then as soon as I want to reply, then I need to login, and then after that it redirects me to the forum in general. I hate hate hate that. I want to be redirected to the original post. It is one of my biggest complaints. I won't bore you with the details of why something so seemingly simple (at least to me) should work. Anyway, many businesses and groups that use this forum have a beef with that and so they said they are working on this problem GRRRR! So sorry. |

Oh, it is working suddenly! Wow Rucy is a priss, she can't stop grooming herself! I saw her do it twice already! One of the cameras was right behind Bailey's head. It was pretty funny to see her from both views. Being a little piggie with her hay. Oh and I like how Rucy picks the spot right next to Bailey's cage to plop down. I never realized how chubby/round she was! Very cute. |

You are right on with Rucy. She is a priss, a tough priss, but a priss none the less. She always keeps herself looking perty. She has the softest fur I have ever felt from a non-rex rabbit. I think she sometimes grooms when Bailey is giving her the stink eye. It's like she's saying, "Awww Yawn, your dirty looks don't bother me." Sometimes they'll lay somewhat near each other, but sometimes they'll run up and down the fence and then stop and do a fencing fight. Mostly that happens when the other is out, and they do it on the outside on the otherside of the camera. Rucy will even sometimes sit in an area on the outside that is right in front of Bailey's locked opening. Bailey runs over there and looks like she wants to get after Rucy, and Rucy will just scoot her back right up to the fence and ignore ner and leave a poo there. That really gets Bailey mad. Then when it's Bailey turn out, she'll do the same thing to Rucy. Sometimes on camera, you can see the one bunny on the inside fence fighting with the the one off camera. I usually come into tell them to knock it off. It's a goofy bunny world.
Rucy is now 4 ounces overweight, She's supposed to be 3.8, but she's 4.2, and tomorrow she's going to the vet, so I'll see the official current weight. ounces may not seem like much, but for a bunny, ounces are big. Since she and Jack share a cage, she can chomp up the pellets pretty well. I may have to start feeding them separately. k,ljkloheq2q...Hahah,Rucy just came over and walked on the keyboard. I think she's trying to say the camera adds 10 pounds. Nice TRY!
Oh, and I was just wondering if anything changed or I wonder why you could finally see the webcam. I can tell you that last week it wasn't working at all. I did put up a note that said it was not working, but I know some people didn't notice the note, and emailed me about the cameras not working |

I downloaded the most recent version of Windows Media (I had an old version before) and then your site said the webcam was off.
So I randomly checked yesterday and it was working.
I was just joking about Rucy: I don't even know how much my kids are supposed to weigh!!!!
How do you find out?!?

Yeah, I'm so glad that you are now able to see the webcam!
The reason I know Rucy's weight is that every three or four months, I have to take her into the vet to check her back teeth for spurs. So she gets weighed each time. Well this time she was a big porker at 4.4 pounds, so now she's five ounces overweight according to the vet. |
