I like my kitty brother, Pockets. He’s a big scary looking guy, but he’s old (17) and really gentle. In fact, i like to bug him and hop all over him while he lays down. I can’t understand why mom doesn’t like it when i do this!
Today he joined me in my cage and I loved it, sniffing him and playing with his tail then going back to eating my pellets while he munched on my hay while mom had a heart attack!
(yes, the cat did this! Whatever this new kind of hay I’m using and mixing with the other stuff holds an unholy attraction for my cats. I assume it has to do with the type and it’s probably close to the cat grass i buy for them. I was doing something then turned around and saw this. Remus wasn’t the least bit troubled by it. He gave Pockets a good sniffing, played with his tail and then went back to munching his pellets as I hyperventilated why trying to remove lard butt (that is over 20lbs of monster sized cat!) from the cage! He didn’t even retreat to the back of the cage or up to the penthouse, as I call it, something he does do if unnerved by something. They’re trying to give me a heart attack, i swear they are

Not just a black cat thing as my other likes it too LMAO He’s a tabby and not all black. Remus seemed to like it as he just chilled going , ‘cool, company!’. It’s probably close to the cat grass. They would try with the other, but not like with this.
And Bagheera is actually what the little girl who lived next to me for a while called Pockets because she said he looked like a little version of the panther from the Jungle Book
He’s an old sweet guy who won’t hurt Remus. He actually grooms him and licks his head, all of it. He could easily do serious damage, but doesn’t. Oh, he’ll let him know when he’s annoying him, but doesn’t hurt him. The other cat is Lucifer in a fur coat though…
