I live in Chicago and there are absolutely no places to get good rabbit supplies and a wide variety of supplies. I would order off line but most companies are based out of the U.K. And shipping is so expensive

Here is a link to a list of online places to buy rabbit supplies. Almost all are all based in the U.S. Binky Bunny is on the list.

They don’t have many toys, but the online site where I buy most of my hay, pellets and treats from is Drs. Foster and Smith. Shipping costs are a concern, many places seem overly high. At Drs. Foster and Smith, shipping is free if you buy $49 worth of merchandise, otherwise it is a flat $5.99 fee.  I am on their mailing list and besides having frequent sales, they sometimes offer free shipping on any size order.

There is a chapter of the House Rabbit Society in Chicago. They have toys and habitats for sale.

A little bit of a tip for toys I have is to look at the bird, rat, guinea pig, mouse, etc section on pet websites too, sometimes they have different types of chew toys than the rabbit section, and sometimes they’re cheaper. (Or bigger, and a little more expensive, but worth the price.) Just make sure that with bird toys, you take plastic pieces off, or buy the type of toys that don’t have plastic. Oh! And Etsy is really nice sometimes! Homemade stuff for a good price, and good shipping prices.

I’ve bought off a few websites that have quality toys and good prices on shipping, but I can’t remember if it’s this forum that doesn’t allow links to external websites or not, so I’ll forgo it for now, and if it’s allowed, I’ll give you the website names.

The BB store is american based-and they work to keep shipping down. Plus everything is approved by rabbit owners! (Some toys and treats marketed for rabbits aren’t safe or healthy-everything here is awesome)
