So, I am wanting to get Cookie some new treats, and I was wondering what your rabbit’s favorite treats are? Just whatever your rabbit enjoys most

My rabbits enjoy fresh fruit such as apples, banana, strawberries, blueberries, pear. If you are asking about regular rabbits treats that you can buy, I use Oxbow Barley Biscuits or Oxbow Simple Reward Baked Treats (available in various flavors) or the American Pet Diner SMAKS Treats. Those are all available in the BB store here, as well as several online sites and some pet supply stores.

Fresh fruit (esp. bananas, pears, pineapple), Sunseed dried Papaya, and any of the Oxbow cookie type treats. They LOVE cookies. Remember to give treats very sparingly. No more than 1 tbsp fruit per day for an adult bun.

I make my own! Equal amounts (1 use about a cup of each) of ground pellets, ground oatmeal (I grind both of these in my coffee grinder), unsweetened apple sauce, chopped carrots and a banana. It all goes into the food processor. Roll into little 1 inch balls. Bake at 350 for an hour, turning them over halfway, and then turn the oven off and leave them in there till it’s cool. They love them!

I might buy oxebow treats on occasion. Otherwise I don’t give my rabbits treats, I just give them veggies a few times a day They love that. For Lancelot, bell pepper and cabbage are treats. For Guin, it’s a treat for me to handfeed her. She loves to sit on the top level of her condo and have me feed her through the NIC cubes.

My bunny literally eats anything lol. Natural treats are probably the best.

My bunnies love dandelion and banana more than any other treat. I’d think apple or carrot would be better than bitter dandelion, but I guess not. (:

I bought a probiotic supplement for my buns, they look like normal pellets, i e pretty boring. But my buns go crazy over them. I have to scatter them because they practically inhaled them when I served them in a bowl, and we all know that inhaling food can be very dangerous for a bun. My boys are spoilt rotten. So when I got something super-healthy for them at a vet-webshop, I expected them to just look at me like …well, you know how they can look at you. Like “I’ve always suspected humans must be the stupidest creatures on earth, and you just proved me right.”

I give fresh fruits like bananna and apple, as well as make my own! I put pellets and oats in a bowl, take a single bananna and mix it together. I add water until it takes shape. I bake it at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. After cooling for 24 hours Hopper goes crazy for them! (I cut them in half so he gets to the bananna first =:3 )

Bam – what are the probiotic supplements you use?
