        Hi Everyone!

I noticed yesterday that Jeremy was limping and sometimes not using his front leg on his left side. He is still running around, still cleaning himself and hopping/flopping. I have NO idea how he could have done anything to it. I have examined it and can’t feel anything, and he is more than happy to let me feel it, and seems to be his fine self apart from the limp. Betty is due to be spayed on Monday and he is going in with her then, but considering taking them on tomorrow. Do rabbits just ever  get muscle sorness?

        Thanks

Is he still limping? A bunny can get a sprain or pull a muscle just like a human can, but I’d expect some kind of pain reaction when you feel his paw/leg if that were it.

Yea, he is tearing around as usual but just not using that front paw, just kind of dangling it. We’ve booked him tomorrow just to be the case. But i’ve seen no pain reaction when i touch it! Lets hope he is as good at the vets tomorrow!

Poor little guy, it does sound odd, I hope it’s nothing serious but I do agree he needs to be seen. (((((Jeremy)))))

Maybe he’s just a bit camp?

                Hope everything is okay

Hahah! he did look quite camp! We took him in the day after and they gave him some metacam for the next few days, and said he had sprained it,since there were no obvious causes/breaks/twists. He’s now hopping and binkiying normally! and looking after Betty after her spay! Thanks for your help !
