I know this isn’t meant to diagnose and I’m not asking anyone to because I already know what it is. So the other day i had moo on my bed and this is the first time I’ve ever looked at his back feet and I noticed small little skin patches. The place i got him from they lived outside in a barn so i feel like they developed there because nothing in my room could’ve cause them. So I’m just looking for tips to help stop progression. Thanks

Are they hard little pink callouses? If yes this is perfectly normal and many bunnies have little bald patches there and those little callouses. Sore hocks is when the callouses become soft, inflammed, red, cracked and/or bleeding/weeping.

If they are pink, it’s nothing to worry about. Just check them regularly as part of your grooming routine.

What type of flooring is your bunny on? The most important things to prevent sore hocks are good flooring, keeping nails short and keeping bun at a healthy weight.

They are pink bald spots he won’t let me touch them and he’s mostly on a carpeted floor but at night he’s in his room (cage) and it has a hard floor with a fleece over it

Like I said, if they are pink and hard, nothing to worry about. Just monitor. If you see signs of swelling or redness, then you will need to make adjustments and possibly (depending on severity) need to see a vet.
