Put the litter box where the bunny is peeing.

Bunnies like to pee on soft things so if you introduced a new blanket to his home he may want to pee on it even though he is used to peeing in a litter box. My rabbit was litter box trained until she started walking on carpet. Then the carpet became her litter box. To fix it I made sure to clean up any pee spots ASAP to let her know carpet wasn’t the right place to pee. Once her carpet problem was solved I gave her a new blanket and she started peeing on that. I did the same thing, cleaned the blanket every time she peed on it. eventually it worked and she is pretty much perfectly litter trained. its annoying and a lot of work but it works eventually. consider getting your bunny fixed, it will help the process.
