Are there any normal round poop or is it all mushy poop? True diahrrea is rare in rabbits, but trummy trouble called poopy butt or mushy poop is common. It can happen when you change a bunny’s diet. You can go even slower with the new pellets and try to get her to eat more hay. Is she eating and drinking? Acting normal?

If she has really runny poop with mucus or water in it, you need to see a vet, she might need an antibiotic.

Great! These things do happen sometimes when a bunny tummy is adjusting to a new diet, and it’s not a big deal. Hay is the best thing for getting a bunny tummy back on track.
