I am feeling at a loss right now. Rosie is super crazy over her food. She’s getting the right amount of pellets for her weight, unlimited hay, handful of greens and a fruit treat every day….and yet she hounds the food dish and frantically runs to it if I even motion going near her cage. If she is out (she free roams most of the time) she’s trying to eat plants, paper, kitty litter (we’ve locked her out of the basement) and cat food. She’s not over weight but doesn’t seem happy anymore. No binkies or racing. She just seems only focused on when her next meal is.
I feel like I’ve done something wrong. Our kitten loves her and she seems to really enjoy cuddling with him.
I got frustrated with locking the cat out of the basement where his litter pan is and so I put up her old fence so she can’t free roam but can at least play outside her cage. She peed all over the floor!!!! She’s never done that before!!
Sigh. Any suggestions on how I can get my happy bunny back?

She’s almost 10 months old now. The only thing we can consider being the issue is that she’s not spayed yet.
However tonight we let her free roam and there were no incidences or drama. As long as we keep the cat food up and basement door closed she is fine.
But she’s coo-coo for her oxbow pellets!
