  I’m currently using fleece blankets as a comfortable floor for Milo. He’s fully litter box trained and very rarely makes a mess on the blankets. I’m redesigning his space, and my goal is to find a floor that is…
  
  Safe – so he won’t chew and eat the flooring.
  
  Comfy – for his sore hocks.
  
  Easy to clean – in the event that he does go potty where he isn’t supposed to.
  
  Not an eyesore – bun’s comfort comes first but it would be good if it were nice to look at!
  
  I’ve researched a lot, but I still just don’t know which is best! Any advice is more than welcome

  I have vet beds for my buns. They are thick and plush and have anti-slide on the underside. They come in lots of colors and lots of patterns. They’re easy to wash. I buy big pieces and cut them to size. My buns don’t pee on theirs but I’m sure some buns would, so that’s sth you must consider.

  I use a cheap carpet from Walmart as flooring, and a folded fleece blanket as the floor to his hidey-house (where he sleeps like a baby from 10AM-3PM. The carpet is very thin and isn’t woven, so he’s never even shown an interest in digging or chewing it. Plus at $27, I’m not sad if I end up having to replace it once a year.
  
  If your bun chews at every carpet he sees, Home Depot sells a 9×9 foot linoleum slab for about $12, which you could cover with fleece blankets for traction and would protect your floor from any accidents.
