On Saturday, November 21st my beautiful amazing bunny Lily passed away. She suffered with many problems throughout her short little life. When I got her she was completely underweight, had coccidia and chronic mushy stool. I saved her life. My vet always tells me she didn’t think Lily was going to even live past 8 weeks. I gave her all the love I possibly could. I tried so hard to keep her alive. Unfortunately, sometimes it doesn’t matter how hard you try.

Lily was one of the sweetest most adorable bunnies ever. I couldn’t have asked for a better companion. Every night she would lay on the couch with me, and she could literally lay there with me for hours. She was so friendly to anyone she ever met. She would always run up to her cage whenever she saw me. I know she loved me so much, and I loved her so much.

I will miss Lily forever. Nothing could ever replace her in my heart. I know she’s in heaven now, and is no longer suffering or in pain. I wish things could have been different, but Lily fought against her odds since I brought her home with me. She was so strong, and I am so grateful I got to have her in my life even if it was only for a year and a half.

Rest in peace my sweet little angel.

            Binky Free, sweet Lily.

I’m so glad you saved her. Even if her life was short, it was a life filled with love, and she got the best care.

sometimes you do your best and just can’t win. At least you had some little victories, Lily deserved a happy life with someone who loved her, and you gave her that.
