        Hi,

Simba’s had an ear infection and burst ear drum so we’ve been giving him medication for the last few weeks. He seems to be on the mend but the ear drops and liquid medicines have left the fur around his face and ears completely matted and greasy.

We’ve been gently combing him and tried wiping the area with a wipe but it’s not helping and he can’t clean the area himself at the minute and he’s getting really distressed and his hair has started coming out a bit

Any tips on how we can clean him up a bit and make him more comfortable?

        Thank you in advance!

        Max and Jess

I use cornstarch to help Bindi stay clean. It works great and is safe, just make sure to keep it away from his eyes and nose. You can work the cornstarch in to sop up the greasiness and then gently comb it after.
