        Hi!

I have a Holland lop rabbit who is turning 4 months old soon. I don’t know if I should find a second bunny for him. He’s not neutered yet. I wanted to neuter him when he is 6 months old. He gets plenty of playtime everyday. I let him out the entire day and he’s always hyper and doing binkies all the time late at night (8:00-10:00). He still goes to his cage at night time for safety reasons because I can’t supervise him. He watches TV with my family and always likes to follow me and my family almost anywhere he could reach. Sometimes, I feel like he doesn’t like playing, he just likes someone beside him NOT paying attention to him.I just do homework beside him instead. So I’m wondering, does he need a friend after he’s neutered? Please let me know. Thanks.

I think you are the only one who can answer part of that question. If you are ready for a second obligation I don’t see any reason not to.

I adopted a second bunny. I actually hadn’t planned to, but she stole my heart at the rescue and here she is ! I can say that my first bunny does indeed appreciate her company.
