Rosie has recently been sneaking into the cats litter to eat the litter. We use Worlds Best Cat Litter, which is made from corn but its super frustrating that no matter where we put the litter box she finds it and eats it! Our kitting is too little to jump up onto a counter or shelf for us to move his litter box but I am at my wits end! I can’t keep her locked up in her cage all day while I am home, its not fair to her, but I can’t can’t leave her out where she sneaks into it!
We can’t put the litter anywhere else till we can get a new basement door. Sigh.

Please tell me that she won’t get sick or die from this! Gah!

          Hi RosiePosie,

Maybe the best thing is to temporary change to an other kind of cat litter, just until your kitten is big enough to jump higher or until the basement door has been changed.

We just switched away from the clay based litter because she was eating that too. We moved his litter downstairs more and put it in a spot she can’t reach. For now. lol
