My baby boy is 4 months old and I had to clean my little guy’s cage so I left him inside the bathroom while I mopped. I had to go search for something in the bathroom and he got out and got his little paws wet. I didn’t think much of it (I know it’s awful and so so so irresponsible) and got him inside the bathroom with his paws wet and left. I suppose he groomed himself as he does everytime he gets wet from water but he isn’t showing any signs of intoxication and he’s eating, drink and pooping well and he is also running around and doing binkies but as a first time owner everything freaks me out. Is that too little to intoxicate him or is he going to show later on signs that he is intoxicated?

He’s probably fine. The amount of detergent on a freshly mopped floor is usually negligible (I assume you diluted the cleaning fluid in a bucket of water). Just keep an eye on him, but I don’t think you need to worry too much.
