So basically my sister came home from work today to find our bunny Snowball on her table eating his nuggets. Now, he lives in a self- built condo and he seems to have jumped out from the top of the ramp and roamed the room whilst no one was there. He managed to jump onto the table and eat half his little box of nuggets so we have temporarily stopped giving them to him. He pooed all over the room and peed on the bed. There was chocolate on the table but thank God he didn’t touch it. He continues to try to get out of his condo and we are not sure what to do. Keep in mind these are quite difficult jumps to make so we are very lucky that he’s still in one piece. Oh and also he isn’t usually like this, he’s only jumped out once before but it wasn’t as serious. AND HE HAS BEEN NEUTERED 6 WEEKS AGO. Please put forward your ideas on how to maybe tame him or just anything that may be of assistance. Thanks!

Hi – a houdini rabbit eh?
I’ve got one of those and had to rebuild her wood-framed perimeter 3 times…. I thought 1 metre would be high enough !! I was wrong!

Sorry to state maybe the obvious, but it sounds as if you will have to prevent him jumping out by making the sides taller or an angled edge/roof on the top of the sides… or lowering the ramp.
Now he knows he can, he will persist to succeed each time, and certainly risks of injuring himself (or chomping his way through your soft furnishings in your absence !!) – Good luck !! :o)

Ah, of our three rabbits George knows she can get out of the cage if she leaps from her pen to our bed (oddly she hasn’t realised she can do it in other places).

We did manage to confine her for a while, but I strongly suspect she just didn’t fancy coming out.

We fixed our problem with a roof.
